Welcome to Flow! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. They govern your access to and use of the Flow website, mobile applications, and services ("Service") provided by Flow Technologies ("Flow," "we," "us," or "our").

By clicking "I Agree" or by using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Service Overview

The Flow Service is an automated financial planning and budgeting tool based on the "Anti-Budget" method. It is designed to help you automate savings, manage debt, and track your disposable income (the "Flow Fund").

Flow is a financial information service and is not a financial advisor, broker, or custodian of your funds. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. User Eligibility and Accounts

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and other credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify Flow immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  3. Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information you provide to Flow (including your name, email, and payment details) is current, accurate, and complete.

3. Financial Data and Third-Party Providers

  1. Data Connection: The Service relies on secure third-party service providers (such as Plaid or similar) to connect to your financial institutions. By using the Service, you grant these providers the right, power, and authority to access and transmit your information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service to you.

  2. Read-Only Access: Flow only establishes a read-only connection to your financial accounts. We cannot move, transfer, or manage your funds.

  3. Data Accuracy: Flow is not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of information provided by third-party financial data providers.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

  1. Pricing: You agree to pay the subscription fees applicable to your chosen plan (e.g., Flow Premium or Family & Shared). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

  2. Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or Flow terminates it.

  3. Free Trial: If you sign up for a free trial, Flow reserves the right to charge your payment method upon the expiration of the trial period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period.

  4. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that date. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

  5. Fee Changes: Flow reserves the right to change its fees for the Service at any time, provided that any fee increases will only take effect following a notice to you.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

  1. For any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

  2. To violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.

  3. To interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or the servers or networks used to make the Service available.

  4. To impersonate any person or entity.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  1. "As Is" Service: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Flow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's performance or accuracy. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

  2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for the purpose of litigating any dispute.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
